I built Steal My SMS as a free, interactive field guide to the seven moments where a text message earns its place: the welcome, the second look, the unfinished checkout, the follow-through, the well-timed refill, the welcome back, and the back-in-stock.

Each flow pairs a published brand example with what to notice, the trigger and timing, and one thing to test. There's also a Black Friday / Cyber Monday edition, a flow-review tool that turns a quick self-assessment into a prioritized action list, and an email teardown of all seven flows.

Role: Concept, editorial, design direction, build, email and analytics setup.
